HI Doc

Please could you advise, if my daughter can' t have any dairy, will this include goats milk?

She loves her yoghurts and cheeses etc.

I have managed to find soya yoghurt at woolworths she isn' t too mad about it (don' t blame her its so tasteless) but just wondering bout cheese etc.

We have started her on rice milk - which she has taken to rather well. As she does eat her foods her milk isn' t her main source of nutrients etc.

Do you by any chance have a list of alternate food sources that i can give my daughter? We have started cutting out all dairy and egg from her diet, her eyes are still runny and so is her nose - but its clear now. has no colour to it

Will she outgrow these allergies?

No cheese, no dairy at all and no goats milk.Rice milk is good. Look up recommended milk free diets for children on the internet.
