refer post 1804: tummy problems

Thank you so much for your reply, its relieving to know that you are there to advise paranoid mothers.
Thanks for the heads up on cerelac, I will stop it immediately. My follow up questions are, can he eat normal food(or rather what foods can he eat?), whilst eliminating dairy products and can I use the flavoured soya milk?
And once the ten days are up should I chose between S26 and cows milk or can I still give him both. I wonder if it wasnt also the milo with cows milk I was giving him (300mls a day which he drank on throughout the day).
Is there a cereal that I can give him that requires no milk? Sorry first time mom, I really have no clue.
How long should I continue, with Reuteri drops, Zinplex and Pectrolyte.
Can he still have yoghurt?

Thank you so much for the time taken to respond, sometimes I wish I studied to be a peadiatrician before I gave

You are welcome. You must exclude ALL dairy products from your baby's diet including yoghurt. You can stop the Pectrolyte now as well as the Zinplex and only give him the Reuteri drops.Your baby can eat any foods but restrict fruit to apples and pears because of the high pectin content in these fruits..
