Q.

Red pimples

My baby is 5 months... she started daycare last monday. Yesterday I saw tiny red pimples on her chest & tummy. Some say it's a heat rash, the lady at the daycare says it might be the Purity - Honey & Banana- that she might be allergic to or maybe the washing powder that I use for her clothing. How do I establish what causes the pimples.

There is often no easy way to tell, because the skin may react in a similar way to wide variety of causes. If the rash persists or your child is ill it is best to have it evaluated by your doctor.

I can't help with the question, but just regarding the honey - it contains botulism spores, which a small baby can't deal with. You shouldn't give honey to babies at all.
