Hi jackson

Yes there are test that can be done to determine whether your child is lactose intolerant.Best is to take the child to do all the allergy test.Mine did and it would be wise to do all the allergy test as to start treating and avoiding all the allergy triggers.These are the test that can be done at Lancert or any pathology lab:

Blood count
IGE paeditric food
IGE egg white
IGE milk
IGE soya
COD fish IGE
Gluten
Peanut
Wheat
Grass pollen mix
Treess pollen
House dust
Animal dander mix
moulds mix

Go to a lab and ask for RAST tests for allergies
