rash on a 1 month old

Hi Doc

Firstly i want to thank you for all the responses they are so helpfull...

my five weeks old baby is on s26 gold, she developed some blister looking rashes on her checks and a bit outside the ear last week..they look stronger in the morning and much faint during the day, like they are disapearing..she doesnt have flu or anything else nor running nose..i wash her with a fagrance free aquas cream.

could she be allegic to milk or waht could it be???

You are very welcome. The rash you describe is one of the most common passing rashes that many babies develop at this age. It is thought to be due to a hormonal cause. The rash is called milia. No treatment is needed except gentle wiping of her face with plain water when you are bathing her or wiping her face.The rash will soon disappear.
