Rash on 9 Month Old Girl' s lower eyelid

My little girl, 9 months, has a rash on her below her eyers on her lower eyelid. Can this be the cause of her measels vacination she got last week or can it be something more serious? Should i be taking her to a doctor?

This rash is not due to the measles vaccination, but could be due to a mild form of eczema. It is not possible to be sure about this rash without being able to see your baby. It would probably be best for your doctor to see her just to be sure. Don't apply any cortisone creams on her eyelid.
