My LB is 9months he' s got a rash (we thought it was heat rash) it started on the forehead, nose and chin, now 2 weeks later the rash it' s all over the face, behind the ears, on the ears, the head, at the back just on top and on the hands, sometimes its redish. the rash its formimg itself in a shape of ring worms

5 days ago he had a fever for 3 consecutive days and I took him to a chemist to get something for the rash and the sister thought it' s measles but after checkng him she said it' s not and it' s not heat rash. She said he have sores on his throat so they coming out that' s y his got on his face, she gave us ibrufen for fever, allergex and some medicine to take twice a day every 12hours which will clear the sores inside and the rash will automatically go away. The is no progress after medication, the rash it' s itchy, no appetite, no fever for now.

He did go for his measles immunisation. What could this be ? What can i use for the rash ?

It is always difficult for me to diagnose a rash without being able to see your child. From your description your baby's rash appears to be a condition called urticaria. This is an allergic rash. It may have started as an allergy to a medicine such as the ibuprofen [Brufen]. Stop all your baby's medicines and only give him Allecet Syrup 2.5ml once daily until the rash disappears.
