Preventing cold & flu in babies

Hi Dr,

I would like to know if there is anything I can give my 3 month old baby to prevent her getting flu or cold this winter. She is being breastfed which I assume would also help, but she will start attending creche in the winter and I want to boost her immune system even further.

Thanks.

Breast feeding is the best protection for your baby-there is nothing else that is safe enough to be recommended for such a young baby.
