Post nasal drip

My 10 year daughter has her adenoids and tonsils taken out in June this year, but she has a nasal drip and cough a lot while eating and sleeping. She cannot sleep peacefully at all and she snores a lot still. The xrays showed chronic sinus. We ran out of funds on medical aid and I tried Rinex and did not work at all.
Can you please help Doc.

Your daughter does not seem to have benefited from her recent operation and still has a post nasal drip. This is because she has sinus infection. You need to try to clear her sinuses in the simplest possible way especially as you do not have medical aid cover now.Try using Sterimar nose spray twice daily every day and see if this helps your daughter. It will take at least 10 days before you will see an improvement. If you have a cortisone nose spray over from her previous tretament such as Nasonex or Flixonase use 1 puff in each nostril once a day in addition to the daily Sterimar.
