PLEASE HELP ON FEVER!!!!!!

Hi!

My son is 6months old and he has a fever on 37 degrees and He's not eating or drinking his milk and has not teethed yet . He only drinks water or juice. Fever started last night and I gave him Calpol. WHAT I would like to know is should i be worried and when should I take him to the Dr ?

This is very likely to be due to your baby developing 'Baby measles' also known as Roseola. If he is compltely off his feeds he may become dehydrated so it is best to have him checked by a doctor or nurse.Calpol is ideal to treat his fever.
