Bath time...
Posted by: Anon
Hey everyone!

Would just like to know wheter any of you have issues when it comes to bath time or changing time that it sounds as if your baby is getting murdered by the way they cry? My little one is almost eleven months & lately he doesn't want clothing on, doesn't want nanny or anyone washing his hair - although bath time with the toys are fun & screams blue murder when we wanna change his nappy...

Anyone else got this issue & what can i do?

Make sure that he does not have any nappy rash which needs attention. Make change times lots of fun and talk to him. Smile a lot and dont get upset with him.

My 10 month old boy loves looking out of the window - so I let him hold onto the widowsill while cleaning his outer ear and let him hold onto the bath while undressing him for this bath ! (Just make sure to support his chin when removing his shirt else he might hit it agains the bath / windowsill)

My boy is 9 months and does the same,it`s practically impossible to change his nappy! He screams and wiggle`s all the time, but it does help to distract him with objects to play with.Putting on clothes the same story.Looks like it`s just a stage his going thru.
Good luck

Had and still have the same problem, what I try to do is distrack her by singing, giving her toys etc. Trust me, it will get better, like Amy now laughs when I brush her teeth, previously she screamed blue murder.

Good luck
