Both of your children have got a virus infection affecting their chests causing an illness called bronchiolitis. They most probaly picked up this infection at the creche from other children with the same infection. This illness usually lasts for at least 2 weeks and may go on even longer as well. They will get better through their own immune systems fighting this infection. Keep their noses clear with saline nose drops twice daily and give them both Mucospect to help them to clear their chests of mucous.
