Q.

Phlegm

My son of 18 months is getting over a cold but still has a blocked nose and phlegm which when he coughs makes vomit a little of his milk. Is there anything I could to get rid of phlegm. Is flemex ok and what dose.

You need to keep your son's nose clear by using Salex nose drops twice day until hs nose is clear again. You can give him Flemex. The dose is 2.5ml twice a day.

My Pead suggested I use Linctopent cough syrup, it makes the phlegm thinner so so they can cough it up easier and so get rid of it easier.
