Q.

personality change

My 7 year old son has changed into an uncontrollable, screaming, tantrum throwing, sometimes violent, cheaky kid who just doesn't listen. He was a sweat, well behaved child but has gone beserk. He gets "rage" outbursts, this is affecting our family life. He's started gr 1 (very strict teacher), I need him to learn word but he jsut won't sit down and do it. I've now started today by reducing sugar intake and I want to get vitamins, will this help? Which would you suggest?

Paediatrician

This is certainly a big problem and your son must be examined by a paediatrician as soon as possible. It is essential to exclude certain forms of epilepsy or even a cerebral tumour. Only once this has been done can a decision be made regarding further treatment if thought necessary.
