Pediasure Milk

Please can you advise me. My 1 year old is on Pediasure Complete. She was very sick and in hospital before so she is only drinking 150ml at moment. The dietition said this was fine for her age and weight she weighs 13kg. I am just confused though the tin sais take 190ml of water with 5 scoops that will make 225ml. The dietition told me to take 125ml of water with 3 scoops that will give me 150ml. We are increasing it a bit now she told me to take 150ml of water with 4 scoops that will give me 175ml. I don' t understand this because if you use 5 scoops for 190ml of water how can i use 4 scoops for 150ml of water. Please can you clear this up for me and let me know what the right water to scoop ratio should be.
Thank you.

The average weight for a 12 month old baby girl is 9kg. Your baby's weight is above the top line of the infant weight chart. Why is she on Pediasure? This formula is normally only used when a child requires special feeding and nutrition. Please clarify the reason for this special formula with your dietician and let me know what she says.
