This does sound like a condition called toddler's diarrhoea. It is usually aggravated by fruit and fruit juices in the diet and also sugar.Strangely enough your son needs fat in his diet and must drink fullcream milk and not the 2% milk. Fibre is good for him so increase the amount he eats such as in brown bread and Weetbix. If he is happy and the diarrhoea does not bother him too much it is best not to give him Pectrolyte.

Good day. My daughter started with stomach ache on Friday morning with fever. We have struggled troughout the winter with tonsils and fever and throat infections. Our docter admitted us in hospital due to the constant fever due to tonsils and infection and was on antibiotic almost every 2 to 3 weeks.which was a problem once again. At hospital this morning after 2nights, she complained once again about stomach ache, but she was ok no fever so she was released.this afternoon she is crying of stomach ache. She was given a viral antibiotics and the sister mentioned that the antibiotics would have help with any diarrhoe if she had any, I am not sure what to take of it? What can I do?
