painful joints.

son 10 years old. in severe pain right shoulder, selective iga,
athsmatic, positive rheumatiod factor. had ankle pain last august, knee pain last november for past three weeks severe shoulder pain not responding to pain relief, blood test normal, no infection, headaches dizziness . doctors dont think its rhuematiod but have refferd him to the rhuematolgy clinic. can you give me any advice, i am at my wits end. his joints get stiff in the cold weather, but mostly in pain with knee every year for the past 4 year, past two year ankle and now shoulder.
