PAIN IN LEGS

My 4 year old often complains of pain inside her legs. I originally thought she was putting on a show just to get me to give her Panado syryp (she loves all kind of medicine) I'm starting to get a bit worried about it. Should I take her to our GP for tests or should I go straight to the paediatrician? Or is she just making it up to get medicine?

This sounds like typical growing pains which occur more commonly in little girls and often start at this age. As long as she does not have any actual fever and there is no swelling or redness of her joints all is well. Give her Panado for the pain and only when she complains. This tendency to growing pains passes over by itself.

Hi

My 4 year old does the same. I also thought she just wanted panado. Lets see what the doc says.
