Organic Baby Food

My baby girl is almost now 9 months, her constipation problem seems to be under control sometimes still strain a bit to get the poo out but its not too hard. Introduced regular cereal and that seems to give her a bowl movement every day.

My question is :
do you think the organic brands of baby food is better than the normal brands like purity?

I make her own veggie foods but buy the fruit versions.

Also with the constipation problem I am so scared to introduce the foods they say can cause constipation like banana, carrots and patato? Is this true

I tried to change her formula from lactogen to NAN HA to see if that helps but she didnt want to drink the NAN HA. So keeping her on the Lactogen which she seems to love.

Do I really need to introduce red meat and chicken now?

She drinks her formula and eats veg, fruit and yogurt every day. Surely she gets in enough iron and protein.

You are asking a difficult question and everyone will have their own opinion. Baby food brands like Purity are of the highest quality available. These foods are tried and tested and trusted by millions of mothers for their babies. It would be a good idea to add chicken to your baby's diet now. You do not need to avoid carrot or banana, but it would be wise not to give your baby any potato yet. She can eat sweet potato.
