Kids do pick up all sorts of illnesses at school such as coughs and colds and even other conditions such as head lice or scabies. The supervisors at these schools are quick to spot a child carrying an illness or skin problem and will alert the parents. In general all you need to do is to see that your twins eat a good balanced diet and if they are susceptible to chest infections give them an immune boster such as Viral Choice Junior through the winter months.
