Babies usually only start crawling at the age of 10 months or so. There is no need for concern. Your baby should not be watching TV all day.

my son started crawling at 10 months and he is 11 months today and starting to take only two steps to try to walk. just be patient cause every child is different.
My first baby has never crawled and he has just sit, stand up in 10 months and started walking at 13 months.
