The most common reason for nose bleeds is that children pick their noses, even while asleep. Often the healing scabs of a previous bleed are very itchy. It may hyelp to cover his hands eg. with socks while he is asleep at night, only for a 7-10 days, until his nose has healed completely. If the problem persists it needs to be evaluated. The best is to leave the foreskin alone. There is no reason to try and force it back. It usually seperates on its own by 4-5yrs of age.

Hi Carol

I don't know about the nose bleeds, but for the circumcision please go to nocirc-sa.co.za for more info. It's important to educate yourself about this before you damage his foreskin or have it removed unneccessarily.
