Q.

Noisy chest

Good day,

I would just like to ask if I need to be concerned about my three weeks old' s noisy chest. She has started a bit of a cough but is generally very happy and not that bothered by it.

I breast feed. And have also noticed a bit of a upset tummy, I suppose it could be nothing but as a first time mum I would rather be safe than sorry.

Thank you.
Kind Regards
Jeanine Radu

Iam not happy about your baby's noisy breathing. She should not be coughing and have noisy breathing. Please ask your paediatrician to see her. Do not leave the paediatrician's rooms until you are satisfied that you have a clear diagnosis for her problem.
