Your baby's weight has been below average since birth, but she was following quite a reasonable weight gain line on the infant girl's weight chart until the age of 14 weeks. Her weight at that time was on the so-called 25th percentile line of the infant girl's weight chart. This means that she was in the lowest 25 out of 100 baby girls at 14 weeks Since then her weight has fallen off quite a lot and at her age of 6 months her weight is now on the 2nd percentile line. This means that her weight is now the lowest 2 out of 100 girl babies of her age. She seems to be taking a reasonable amount of formula based on her weight. It would be best to take your baby to your nearest baby clinic for advice. I presume that the paediatrician examined her and made sure that there is no obvious reason why she is not gaining weight.
