Q.

no po poo for 3 days

my son is two month and he hasnt po poo for three days should i take him to the doctor or is the anything i can do to help.

You need to help him by using a infant glycerine suppository today. Ask your pharmacist. I presume that you are not breast feeding your baby. You may need to change his formula as some formulas are more likely to cause constipation than others. Try Novalac IT.

My 2 year old boy is suffering from constipation. He is regular, but stools are almost never soft. Mostly hard pellets. Recently, especialy with very hard stool, some blood's been visible.
I'm worried, what can i introduce to soften the stool. I tried fruit and vegetables - but he's rather picky and difficult to get him into a routine.

I also had the same problem with my son and I used infant glyceribe suppositories. They are very good, you only insert one.
