Q.

No more naptime

I am very worried about my 23 month old baby, he has been in creche for 7 weeks now, he is a happy child at school and he plays well, but when it comes to nap time, the teachers are all worried, he cries, which he does at home as well. He just does not want to sleep in the afternoon, he cries as though he's in pain, I can't understand cause it's only in the afternoon, but he's fine at night, cause he even falls asleep on his own.

There is nothing wrong with your son. This pattern of not wanting to sleep in the afternoon is very common in very clever children. Just let him be and let him play quietly when the other children are napping.
