I presume that he also eats dairy products such as yoghurt and he will get his calcium from these products.You have not given me his weight so I cannot tell you exactly how much fluid he needs per day, but you can work it out for yourself from this formula: 1000ml + 50ml for every kilogram he weighs above 10kg. To give you an example if he weighs 11kg then he needs 1000ml +50ml=1050ml per day.
