No 2 problems

My son refuses to make No 2 in a potty or toilet, his 3.5 years old, should I be concerned or should I give him a bit more time, he has dry nights he goes to the loo on his own, he doesn''t wear nappies at all, except when he wants to make No 2. What can I do.

Please see recent answers to similar questions on this forum. You first need to give your son a complete break from toilet training for 1 week. Then start again. Use a star chart and give him a gold star if he uses the toilet successfully and reward him if he can get three stars in a row after successfully using the toilet for 3 days in a row to start. Also make a big fuss of him and say what a big boy he is.Then add one day extra each time before his next reward; so it is 4 stars, then 5 stars and so on.He should soon be using the toilet properly after this.
