Q.

Nido and Nespray

Hi my little girl is 23 months and I have been giving her Nido 1 since she turned 1. My friend said that the Nespray is the same thing just half the price. Is it really? What is the difference and is it bad to change her over now?

Your daughter does not need Nido anymore. She should be on regular full cream milk now.
