I have tried to find the information you have requested about the sugar content of Nido, but have found this to be rather difficult.There appears to be some 'sugars' in Nido. This is probably only the natural milk sugar known as lactose,but I am unable to confirm this.It does not appear likely that any ordinary sugar is added to Nido.
