Nappy rash due to teething

My 1 year old son is suffering from severe nappy rash due to teething. What can one use just to ease the pain? (it takes only one "No. 2" nappy and his entire bottom is raw). Please help!!!

This nappy rash is not due to teething. He may be reacting to the nappies you are using so change to another brand. Apply Bepanthen Nappy Cream after every nappy change. Stop any fruit juices that he may be drinking.
