Hi I have had my 8 month old baby on Nan HA 1, she was fine on that formula after going through allot of different kinds. I have changed her from 6 months to Nan HA 2. I have experiences the following,

She would battle to eat
She would sleep longer at night on Nan HA 1 on Nan HA 2 she wakes up at 12, 3, 4 and 5 in the morning
She is all the time constipated.
She is fussy

Could this be related to the milk? Please tell me the difference between the two Nan’ s? Also I have changed her back on 1 with a supplement. What is the right milk to give to her after a year? I am scarred now to try the Nan from 1 year?

We should first deal with your baby's present problems since changing over from NAN HA1 to NAN HA2.She certainly seems less content and is constipated since being on NAN HA2. These two kinds of the same formula are very similar, both contain a probiotic but have a different fatty acid content.Does she need to be on a low allergy milk?If she is not allergic to cow's milk then she can change to Lactogen 2 which would suit her very well.If she is definitely allergic to milk she may be better on a soya formula such as Isomil2.
