NAN and Chest Problems

So I have this big baby who weighs almost 10kg to turn 4 months next Sunday. I breastfeed when I am at home, and the nanny uses expressed milk and then formula during the day. One of the sisters at the clinic warned that he would have chest problems. Her nanny said the same thing last week and suggested that I buy any other formula but not NAN the next time. The baby'  s chest is now wheezing (he has a cough, which I believe he got from his sister)
Is there some truth in what the sister and the nanny said, or is coincidence? .

You certainly have a big baby. He has a chest infection at present caused by a virus. This is called bronchiolitis. It has nothing to do with his formula. This illness usually takes at least 10 to 14 days to clear up.NAN is a good formula and there is no need to change it.
