Nan 2 vs Pelargon

Hi all,

I would just like to know the real difference between Nan 2 and Pelargon, my girl is 10 months and has been on Nan since 3 months, she suffers with gas and poops are getting firmer and eating her normal foodies as always, but I find as she is getting older the tummy aches and pooping are just getting worse and not better especially at night. Is it a good idea to switch to pelargon as someone suggested it might help. Pelargon is acidified, what does that mean? I have given my baba, probi, duphlac, drinking more water and tea, but she just gets cranky and 3 nights a week I get no sleep thru the night as she moans and cries in session thru the night.

I have tried all and never gave her foods that may cause gas. Please advice me, and or which formula I should try.

Your baby girl may well have a problem called lactose intolerance. She is probably unable to digest milk properly. Try her on a soya formula such as Isomil or Infacare Soya and see if she improves.
