Although your little girl started with this behaviour before the arrival of your new baby , it probably started when you were pregnant with your new baby. She is obviously showing some attention seeking behaviour. She needs lots of attention, love and reassurance now.Her Dad and her grandparents must help out a lot now as you are very busy. Also if possible get her to 'help' with the new baby.
