MY 3yrs old girl has a sore in her tongue and has grows and covered the whole tongue.

My three year old girl has a sore in her tongue.It started as a pimple when she was born and now it has speed all over the whole tongue. my worry is that she can''t even pronounce the words correctly but she can talk. Again this pimple comes and goes and sometime her tongue skin creaks.Could you please assist me because i don''t know what to do. who can assist me with this problem.

This is probably not a real sore if your daughter has had this condition since she was born. It sounds like a condition called 'geographical tongue' which resembles a sore or an infection of the tongue but is completely harmless. It usually does not cause any problems at all and tends to occur in some families. If your daughter is mispronouncing words and you have noticed other problems she may have with her tongue it would be best to take her to see a speech therapist.
