There is no need to give your baby any multivitamins.Your baby was a tiny premature infant and his weight gain cannot be compared to that of full term infants. In fact you have to adjust his age for his degree of prematurity. Keep in touch with our Premature Baby expert on Health24 if you have any concerns about your baby's progress.
