Q.

Mucousy poo

My 6 month old has just started on solids. I have noticed more and more mucousy poo since. Before she'd get a little bit and not very often. Now it's almost always like that. Should I worry? Nothing else seems wrong though.

This may be a very important observation. The changes in her stools may be due to a food intolerance especially to wheat products. Remove all wheat cereals from her diet and use rice cereals only. See if the stools improve. If there is no change this may just be a passing phase. If she does not settle down after a month or so please have her checked by your doctor to make sure she is thriving and that all is well.
