Mouth Ulcers in toddler

Hi, my son who turned 3 in May has had a few mouth ulcers lately. New one cropped up yesterday. I suffer from them when I'm extremely stressed or run down. Could he have inherited this same problem?
How can I help him not get them anymore as I know from experience how sore they are.
What is he lacking in his diet - he loves veggies (rare child) and fruit, so he's got no problem with that! Is there a vitamin I could give him.
At the moment he takes Viral Choice Junior.
Many thanx

These may be the same mouth ulcers as yours (so-called aphthous ulcers) or may be herpes stomatitis ulcers. Please ask your paediatrician to see him.
