Paediatrician

The usual signs are windiness and abdominal discomfort and cramping. Often there is intermittent diarrhoea or rather bulky porridgy stools.Your son can be tested for milk allergy using a small sample of blood. The test is called the RAST test for cow's milk allergy. Milk intolerance due to lactose intolerance can also be tested for by your paediatrician.
