Q.

milk feeds

My baby is now 7 months old. She's only on breast milk. I am concerned about whether she's having enough milk since she started on solids. Is there a guideline as to how much milk she should still be taking and how serious is it that she should still be on milk? And can she have other liquids, juice, water, rooibos? Since she started on solids everyone keeps saying I should be giving her water over and above her milk to help with teh constipation.
