Q.

Milk

Hi Professor,

We are going camping and my 15 month old drinks full cream cows milk. I need to freeze some milk as we will not be near any shops. Will it be bad to freeze the milk in the 2lt container that we purchase it in? I am worried about the cancer toxin in the plastic.

Thank you.

It is safer not to freeze these containers. You will have to take the long-life fullcream milk with you just for the time that you will be camping.

Just out of curiosity, I know you get the Parmalat long life milk for kids... not sure what it''s called, but I am sure that would be a safer option?
