I took him to the doctor and she gave us allergex and cream for exernal use because she says it might be measles , But he`s now he does not eat well and last night he was vomitting . Can I get an advice as to what to do?

You do not say how old your son is, but if he is older than 9 monyths he should have had his measles immunisation. If he has been immunised then he is unlikely to get measles. If the rash is itchy it may be an allergic rash such as urticaria or hives.
