Q.

Lump in the stomach

My 22 month old daughter was born with a big stomach, which seemed a bit too big for her body. She was born healthy, weighing 3.54kg. I took him to a Paediatrician who saw nothing wrong with the stomach. I have observed that when she is laughing, a "lump" shows in her stomach.

What are the possibilities? What must I do?

I am thinking of taking her for an X-ray.

Paediatrician

This could be an umbilical hernia which in most cases closes by itself. This usually happens by the age of 4 years. As long as the paediatrician is happy that there is nothing wrong in her abdomen, I am fairly sure that this is causing the swelling you describe.
