Q.

Loss of appetite

Hi, My 2yr old son has lost an interest in eating. He has appetite for sweets, juice and sometimes milk. He currently weighs on 11kg and he is quite tall for his age. I give him Nutren Active just before he sleeps, already on my third tin, works out quite expensive. My paed. says he is going thru a phase, but surely there is something on the market that he can take to increase his appetite.

This is quite normal in children of this age. Please do not worry. He will start eating well again, but please don't force food on him.
