I am concerned about your son's legs. From your description he has 'bow legs' which is often due to a condition known as Rickets. Please take your son to see a paediatrician and ask directly whether your son has rickets. If you do not have a medical aid, take him to your nearest academic or state hospital that has a paediatrics department. This is very important.
