Q.

left off some info

My baby is only eating organic baby food and ours, which he sometimes eats, is almost always organic or all natural. He was fine eating all these foods when I was breastfeeding for his first year (pumping only, never nursed due to a painful shoulder injury given me by the hospital). I also juice fruits and veggies and water them down or put it in his baby food. Wasn't sure if this info would help in a diagnosis.

I am not sure what the problem is. You need to describe what your concerns are, before it is possible to give an opinion. It is important to give all children a healthy balanced diet, including sufficient proteien, iron and vitamins. Fruit dominanted diets are not always correctly balanced for small children. If you are concerned, the dietician is best qualified to give advice.
