Hi rednose, I know exactly what you are going through and I promise when you have a fussy eater I feel that there isn' t a cook book in the world that would help - LOL
My 3 year old is exactly the same and wont try variety either, he has his favorites as boring ad they might be! And this definitely also doesn' t include veggies! Does your little girl like anything in particular, perhaps if you know her likes then I can suggest some quick and easy meals with those food items.
