Is it safe

Good morning,

Please can you tell me if it is safe for me to use Lice shampoo on my daughter - sounds like a stupid question I know, but after the recent scare with Gambex, I am now terrified to use any of them. i have Quellada shampoo at home, but have not even opened it. Nitagon is not effective anymore, as teh lice seem to be immune to it. My childs school seems to be a lice hot spot, and no sooner do I get rid of it, than a few months later she has the dreaded thing again. Please help - I' m at the end of my thether!

many thanks

You can use the Quellada shampoo once.Problems occur with these shampoos when they are used repeatedly. The school must ensure that all the children are treated otherwise your little girl will be re-infected with lice.

Hi, in response to the lady about her child' s lice problem. The product that I' ve found the most effective and without side effects it the Tea Tree Lice Treatment kit. It comes with an initial cream that is massaged onto the head and combed through with the lice comb. Then the Shampoo is used and there is a spray that is used to keep them away. Can be bought at all chemists. Hope this helps.
