Immune System

I adopted a little boy 2yrs ago. He is 4 now. He seems to have a very weak immune system. He is in a play group. At the moment he has molusc cantagiosm. He also has 2 boils. How do I treat this and how can I boost his immune system. He eats very well and sleeps well at night. Has lots of energy. I give him a multivitamin every day.

Molluscum skin rash is very common in young chuildren. This is a virus infection of the skin that takes a very long time to clear up.There is no treatment for molluscum. Your son was infected by another child carrying this virus. The boils are due to a staph bacterial infection. Boost his immunity by giving him a probiotic such as Probiflora Children's once daily for at least 1 month. He will also benefit from being on Scotts Emulsion with its high Vitamin A content. He must bath alone as he will spread this infection to other members of the family.Clean the bath with a dilute Jik solution afterwards and remember to clean the bathplug as well.
